I love how sports will try and force excitement of their events onto the viewing audience.
Everyone is trying to recreate the drama and intrique of their non-sporting events in the same way the NFL does (see NFL’s draft, scheduling release day, etc).
I love the NBA Lottery as much as the next guy but Fred Hickman’s recap of the outing seems to not fit with the environment.
After almost 30 minutes of sustained dead silence in the Draft Lottery studio, Fred Hickman quips, “You know there’s never a dull moment in the draft lottery.” (See ~2:45 of the below clip).

Fred Hickman is a JERK!! How can a man keep his children ( who were the apple of their monther’s eye) from attending their mother’s funeral!! You claim to be a christian man… remember this, God does not like ugly and HE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!!
